Ken has been involved with a variety of litigation issues including, creditor rights in Bankruptcy, Constitutional law, state challenges to the Endangered Species Act, and criminal matters. As a member of the GVM Litigation team, Ken’s practice includes commercial litigation and wine law. Ken is admitted to practice in all state and Federal District Courts in California.
Ken earned his Juris Doctorate degree with honors at The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., where he was Senior Articles Editor of The Public Contract Law Journal; the most widely read legal publication on the topic. Following law school, Ken served as law clerk to the Hon. Alan B. Johnson, U.S. District Judge for the District of Wyoming. Ken earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, summa cum laude from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Ken is also a proud graduate from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, and worked as a chef in the Rocky Mountains, New England seashore, mid-Atlantic and California, specializing in French regional cuisine, emphasizing the cuisine of Provence. |
