Range Brothers ranch in Capay,
California, which produces certified-humane,
pasture-raised heritage pork used at restaurants such as Chez
Panisse and A16 and available at the Marin and
Oakland farmer's markets and Prather
Ranch Meat Co. at San Francisco's One Ferry
