2000 Viognier
Harvested early in the season on 9/6/00 at 24.2 brix. The 2000
Viognier is a light-bodied dry white wine with hints of apricot
flavor. Bottled on 3/1/01 and is currently available. 591
cases produced.
Vino Bianco
A light bodied semi-sweet white wine made primarily from French
Colombard. It is blended 15% with Muscat to give a slightly
fruity flavor with a residual sugar of 1.75%
Golden Chateau
A light-bodied sweet white wine lnade primarily from Fench Colombard.
It is blended with 33% Muscat to give the wine its fruity
flavor and 3 residual sugar of 4.4%.
Suisun Valley
Red
A blend of Valdiguie (Gamay Beaujolais) and Early Burgundy from
the area. This wine earned a Bronze Award at the 2000 California
State Fair.
Vino Rosso
This wine is primarily a blend of Valdiguie (Gamay Beaujolais)
and Early Burgundy from this area. It is also blended with
5% Muscat, which gives its smoother finish.
99 Sauvignon
Blanc
Harvested on 9/28/99 at 24.4 brix. The 99 Sauvignon Blanc is a light-bodied dry
white wine with crisp acidity and a light grassy or herbaceous flavor. It was
bottled on 4/28/00 and is currently available for purchase. 887 cares produced.
Syrah
Harvested on 10/8/99 at 24.0 brix, this full-bodied red wine
with its peppery and berry-like flavors was aged in one-year-old
American oak barrels for 422 days. Bottled on 4/12/01, the
Syrah is set to be released in September of 2001. 444 cases
produced.
99 Valdiguie
Formerly known as Gamay Beaujolais, the grapes were harvested
on 10/11/99 at 25.4 brix. This light to medium bodied red
wine with its raspberry like flavors earned a bronze medal
and was best in its class at the 2000 California State Fair.
The 99 Valdiguie was bottled on 4/13/00 and is currently
available for purchase. 1,004 cases produced

Our Present Slection:
98 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate
Harvested from the Scarlett Ranch on 10/19/98
at 24.6 brix, these grapes were selected for our Estate program because
of their rich color and intense flavors. The 99 Estate Cabernet Sauvgignon
was aged in one-year-old American oak barrels for 566 days, and has
undergone malo-lactic fermentation. Bottled on 11/30/00, the wine
is set to be released in June of 2001. 386 cases produced.
99 Cabernet Sauvignon
Harvested on 10/14/99 at 25.1 brix, this
full- bodied red wine with flavors of black currant was aged in
two and three old Arnerican oak barrels for 262 days. The 99 Cabernet
Sauvignon was bottled on 11/30/00, and is currently available.
3,745 cases produced.
99 Chardonnay
Harvested from the Scarlett Ranch on 9/26/99
at 24.1 brix. This medium-bodied white wine, light straw in color,
has crisp flavors of apple and melon. Bottled on 11/3/00 and is currently
available for purchase. 1,676 cases produced.
2000 Johannisberg Riesling
Harvested on 9/30/00 at 21.9 brix. This light-bodied sweet white wine,
with flavors of crisp apples was cold fermented and arrested at
5.8% residual sugar. Bottled on 2/9/01 and is currcntly available.
801 cases produced.
99 Merlot
Harvested on 9/18/99 at 24.7 brix, this medium to full-bodied red wine
was aged in new American oak barrels for 326 days. Bottled on 3/8/01,
the 99 Merlot was the largest production of any single variety
in the history of the winery and is currently available for purchase.
7,179 cases produced.
2000 Muscat Canelli
Harvested on 9/18/00 at 23.6 brix. This wine is a light-bodied sweet
white wine with a floral aromas and fruity flavors. This fermentation
was arrested at 7.4%, which makes it the sweetest wine we currently
have available. 355 cases produced.
99 Pinot Noir
Harvested on 9/29/99 at 25.4 brix, the 99 Pinot Noir is a light to
medium-bodied red wine with subtle berry flavors. It was aged for
319 days in one-year-old American oak barrels. Bottled on 9/7100
and is currently available for purchase. 349 cases produced. Suisun
Vallev White: A light-bodied dry white wine made solely from French
Colombard grapes.
